Grant's Story.

Coaching with Greg is not just a weight loss programme. When Grant first joined the programme he was always tired. Travelling for work made it hard for him to eat right and get good quality sleep. As a Mental Health advisor to the Beehive, Grant needed to be on his A game to perform at work. A lack of vegetables in his diet, no structured exercise and poor stress management made this difficult.

Grant and I worked together to figure out what big changes needed to happen and what low hanging fruit we could address straight away. We started off by working on Grants sleep routine which had a huge impact on his energy which made everything else possible. Grant finished the programme by doing all of his new habits for 21 days straight without fail. He had this to say:

"After sixteen weeks of coaching from Greg, my attitude about myself, my career and my

business have shifted significantly. I find myself returning to the same feelings and outlook I

had when I started my business, the courage to make and even embrace change and to

move forward by making choices that benefit me, not just focusing on the needs of my


Greg didn’t make any decisions for me but helped me develop ways to deal with situations

using my knowledge and self-awareness and helped me focus on the things that were

important to me – my health and wellbeing.

Greg developed simple plans for me to action from home, nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene,

stress management and relaxation. These plans have resulted in my overall health and

wellbeing improvement. I have learned enough over this program to be ready for any challenges that occur and may threaten my well-being.

I have come to regard Greg as a valued friend as well as professional health and wellbeing


On top of that Grant decrease his blood pressure from 135/75 to 126/70 and reduce his resting heart rate by 10 BPM.
