You've heard me talk about the life-changing habits you can create using Coaching with Greg. But don't just take it from me. Mum, Wife, Teacher and all-around lovely person Rachel, had this to say about her success with the programme. And she was

only 12 weeks in!

Before joining Coaching with Greg, I desperately wanted to lose the last several kgs of baby weight that I was still carrying, and make better food choices so that I had more energy while looking after my son. I would make excuses about not having enough time to fit in cooking healthy food and exercising, but Coaching with Greg only took 10 minutes out of my day and really motivated me to start making small changes.

Now, I am 6kg lighter (and still losing weight), I make time for eating well and exercising daily, even while looking after my son and working part time.

I really enjoyed the way that Greg checked in with me each day and was available to chat about the habits, lessons and any questions I had. The lessons were always relevant and interesting, and helped me to understand the theories behind the habits I was practising.

Greg is knowledgeable and friendly and I couldn't recommend him enough! Thanks so much Greg, for helping me to get back on track with eating and exercising, you have set me up for life!
